Shipping

Returns & Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition, including tags, dust bags, and packaging. We do not accept returns for change of mind. For more details, visit our Returns Policy.

Payment Methods & Processing
At Cahlah, we accept a variety of secure payment options to make your shopping experience easy and flexible. These include Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Afterpay, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.
Orders will be processed and dispatched once full payment has been successfully authorised and debited from your account.

Free Standard Shipping Terms & Conditions
We offer Free Standard Shipping on all Australian orders over $150.
This offer is valid only for orders shipped within Australia and applies automatically at checkout once the minimum spend is met. It cannot be applied to orders placed before the promotional period begins or after it ends. This offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or store credit.
Returns & Exchange Shipping
We understand that sometimes things don’t work out, but please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. However, you are welcome to return or exchange full-priced items, with sale items excluded. Please ensure the item is in its original, unused condition, with all tags attached and packaging intact.
Please note that return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
To get started, simply email us at shop@cahlah.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include your order number or the name used at purchase. For any faulty items, please also attach a clear photo of the issue.
Once we’ve received your request, we’ll send you a step-by-step guide along with a return form to include in your parcel. Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving the return address to be eligible for a refund. Returns received outside of this window will be issued a store credit, valid for 2 months.
Exchanges
Send the item you’d like to exchange back to us (return postage is at your expense), and once we receive it in original condition, we’ll arrange the replacement to be sent out. A flat rate resending postage fee will apply, and we’ll provide payment details when your exchange is confirmed. To begin the process email us at: shop@cahlah.com.au
If there’s a price difference between the items, we’ll either refund the difference to your original payment method or provide store credit—just let us know what works best for you. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from your refund.
If your order was delivered in multiple packages, each one will have a separate return label, as postage is paid individually for each shipment.
