At Cahlah, we ship all orders using trusted delivery services - Australia Post. We’ll choose the most efficient option based on your location to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible.

Standard post delivery times typically range from 2 to 7 business days within Australia, depending on your location.

Express Post delivery times typically range from 1 to 3 business days within Australia.

Dispatching Information:

If your order is placed before 3 p.m. on a business day, we will dispatch it the same day.
For orders placed on the weekend, they will be dispatched on the next business day.

Returns

7-DAY RETURNS

Your satisfaction means everything to us at Cahlah- we want you to feel great about your purchase. but if it’s not quite right, you can easily book your return online within 7 days.

You’ll have a few options:

  • Exchange your item for something else

  • Return it for store credit

  • Request a refund to your original payment method

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If your order was delivered in multiple packages, each one will have a separate return label, as postage is paid individually for each shipment.

Exchange Policy
If you'd like to exchange an item, please note that postage costs for both the return and the delivery of the new item will be the responsibility of the customer.

If there is a difference in price between the original item and the new one, any additional payment will need to be covered by the customer.

Need to Return an Item?
If you need to request a return, please email us at shop@cahlah.com.au. Our team will respond within 24–48 hours.

You’ll receive a return form to complete, which will include uploading photos if your item is faulty or damaged.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

  • Unused

  • In its original condition

  • With all tags still attached

  • Returned with the original dust bag(s) and packaging

Return Processing:

Once we receive your returned item, your return will be processed within 7 days.

Please note:
We do not accept returns for change of mind.

My order hasn't arrived yet. Where is it?

 Most delayed parcels arrive within 5 business days after their expected delivery date.

Someone at your home or workplace may have accepted the delivery on your behalf. If you’re in a large building, check with the front desk, building management, or mailroom.

Left in a Safe Place
Look around your property- your item may have been safely left under, behind, or inside something, or in your mailbox.

Address Confirmation
Verify the address details on your invoice to ensure there were no errors when the parcel was shipped.

Retail Trading Hours

National Public Holidays
Most Post Offices will be closed. However, some locations—particularly larger outlets in major cities or shopping centres—may remain open.

State, Regional, or Local Public Holidays
Opening hours may vary depending on the holiday and local arrangements. Please check:

  • Notices displayed at your local Post Office

  • Local newspapers or community bulletins

Delivery Operations

National Public Holidays
There will be no deliveries on these days—including Express Post items.

State, Regional, or Local Public Holidays
Mail and parcel deliveries, including Express Post, will not operate in the affected areas.

For Express Post items, the next guaranteed delivery day will be the first business day after the public holiday, provided the item was posted before the cut-off on the previous business day.

Please plan ahead and allow extra time when sending or receiving items around public holidays.
